As the maximum character level increases, EXP rates for lower levels will also be increased to help new players catch up faster.

L2Avalon uses a dynamic EXP rate system.
EXP rates are not fixed for the whole server. They depend on the current server stage and character level.
As the maximum level cap increases, lower-level EXP rates may also be adjusted to help new players catch up faster.
